Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to lead teams at plasma centers nationwide. The program includes six months of expeditious training and up to 95% travel, with a path to Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocation after completion.

You will network with leaders, learn all facets of running high‑volume facilities, and progress through management roles while supporting donors and staff.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after Trainee Program.
• Willing to travel up to 90–100% during the program.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ direct reports.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑volume plasma center team.
• Support onboarding and mentorship during training.
• Coordinate operations across BioLife locations.
• Ensure exceptional donor and customer service.
• Participate in staff planning and recruitment.
