Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Eligible to work across BioLife locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous learning and development through the six‑month expedited training program.
• Lead a team at plasma centers, provide feedback, performance reviews, and staffing support.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking and cross‑location collaboration.
• Support a fast‑paced, team environment and mentor staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver exceptional donor experiences and assist with production as needed.
• Travel across the country to learn from BioLife team members and return home regularly.
