BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program across nationwide plasma centers. You’ll travel up to 95% of the time, receive hands-on mentorship, and rotate through operations leadership roles to accelerate your career.

Upon completion, you’ll relocate to a BioLife location as a Plasma Center Operations Manager, with opportunities to open new centers and lead teams delivering exceptional donor service

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Ability to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Willingness to relocate and work across BioLife locations.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a six-month expedited training program with mentorship.
• Develop leadership skills to manage high-volume plasma centers.
• Support team development, staffing, and performance reviews.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager role and open new centers.
