Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers.
• Travel to centers nationwide to learn the business and network with leaders.
• Relocate to a BioLife location after completing the program.
• Provide team feedback, conduct performance reviews, and assist in staff planning and recruiting.
• Support operations and communicate with senior management as needed.
• Open and operate brand new plasma centers in the future.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
