Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program that spans BioLife plasma centers nationwide. You will travel up to 95% of the time to learn the business and prepare for accelerated growth into a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation on program completion.

A typical day includes mentor-led training, team leadership, staff planning, and cross-site collaboration to ensure top donor service and production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate upon graduation/completion of the Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Comfort with walking/standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous learning and development through a six-month expedited training program.
• Team management including feedback, performance reviews, and staff planning.
• Career advancement toward Plasma Center Operations Manager roles across BioLife centers.
• Supportive team environment with operational problem-solving and leadership exposure.
• Provide exceptional donor service and assist with production as needed.
• Travel across the country to learn the business and network with leaders.
