BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its advanced leadership program. You will travel up to 95% of the time to learn operations across plasma centers and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with eventual relocation.

The program emphasizes SOP/GDP/GMP/CLIA/FDA familiarity, mentorship, and a fast-track path to leadership within BioLife’s growing network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. rarely 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team across BioLife plasma centers.
• Provide employee feedback, conduct performance reviews and recruit staff.
• Support training and management development within the program.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive operational excellence.
• Retain donors by ensuring a positive donor experience and assist with production as needed.
