Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join our leadership development program. You will travel up to 95% to learn the business and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, with relocation to BioLife locations upon program completion.

The program includes six months of accelerated training and mentorship, followed by a year to qualify for management positions across BioLife centers, offering growth opportunities and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after Trainee Program completion.
• 3–5 years of experience leading 20+ direct reports.
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for the program duration.
• Able to lift up to 32 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training; 12 months to Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team Management: mentor and evaluate staff, plan and recruit.
