Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to participate in an advanced leadership program across its plasma centers nationwide. You will travel up to 95% of the time, gaining hands-on experience while being mentored by senior leaders and preparing for accelerated advancement to Plasma Center Operations Manager.

Relocation is required after the trainee program, with opportunities to open new plasma centers as your career progresses.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.

• Support team recruitment, staff planning, and performance reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service and donor experience.
• Travel nationwide to learn operations and relocate as needed.
