Qualifications

• Lead teams of 20+ direct reports and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program and relocate after completion.
• Experience working in regulated or high-volume environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Six-month accelerated training program with ongoing mentorship.
• Develop leadership and operations skills across BioLife plasma centers.
• Assist with staff planning, recruitment, and performance feedback to build a strong team.
