BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a premier leadership program. You will rotate through plasma centers, receive mentorship, and develop the skills to become a Plasma Center Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes team leadership, donor service, and high‑volume operations with substantial travel and relocation opportunities after program completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Relocation required; you’ll choose a location to apply to.
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Valid driver’s license for the program duration.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasional up to 32–50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated leadership program with mentorship.
• Lead and develop a team across BioLife centers.
• Progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocate as needed.
• Provide operational support and staff development in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure exceptional donor service and assist production as needed.
• Travel nationwide and return home every other weekend.
