Job summary

GN is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead a divisional operations team and partner with the division director on strategic execution.

The role focuses on safe, efficient conditions, cost control, and continuous improvement to meet profitability goals while building strong leadership benches. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations leadership, 5+ years in inventory management, and experience with D365 WMS or similar ERP/WMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment operations and cost control.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and improve processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel.
• Background in regulated environments and Lean is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor divisional operations teams.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in direct areas.
• Support indirect areas with planning and labor support.
• Develop staffing plans and build capable teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with division director on strategic execution.
