Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, distribution, supply chain and inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, procurement, forecasting, and distribution operations.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across distribution, inventory, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Ensure processes align with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and inventory control processes.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory turns, fill rates, service levels, shrink, salvage, and days-on-hand.
• Partner with procurement, merchandising, transportation, and vendor partners to optimize inventory flow.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop proactive solutions.
