Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to help lead our Bloomington/Shakopee division into a culture of success and accountability. The role will manage production activities, direct labor teams, and coordinate multiple functional areas to meet OTD, cost, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of ops leadership, strong inventory control experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. On-site work in MN with travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in distribution or warehousing.
• 5+ years of hands-on inventory management expertise with stock accuracy optimization and shrink reduction.
• Experience in reverse logistics, including returns processing and refurbishment, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, execution, coordination, and success of direct areas.
• Lead a divisional operations team and supervise first-level managers.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement to achieve profitability and efficiency.
• Staffing planning and interviewing to build A-level teams and meet forecasts.
