Job summary

TGC Search is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Operations to lead a high-volume operations center spanning production, warehouse, logistics, and field service. This senior leader will drive operational excellence, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction while building a culture of accountability.

The ideal candidate is a floor-oriented leader with strong financial acumen, process discipline, and experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading operations and hourly workforce teams.
• Strong operational and financial management capabilities.
• Hands-on leadership with accountability and execution.
• Experience implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Experience working on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across production, warehouse, logistics, and field service.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, quality, and on-time delivery improvements.
• Establish consistent standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee labor costs, expenses, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyze data to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
• Partner with leadership on growth and scalability initiatives.
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and workplace safety practices.
