Seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to design, document, and refine operational processes. You will work with department leaders to map workflows, write SOPs, and establish compliance monitoring as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business operations, SaaS, or operational project management.
• Proven track record in drafting SOPs and process maps for multi-departmental teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Process Mapping & SOP Development: Author clear SOPs and build a centralized knowledge base.
• Operational Compliance: Establish metrics, audit routines, and corrective action plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and iterate processes as the company scales.
