Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction operations, operational excellence, process improvement, or organizational transformation.
• Experience in construction or field-oriented project-based environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise or cross-functional process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, including PM, Field Ops, Estimating/Preconstruction and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve companywide processes, SOPs, workflows, and operating standards.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation and measurement.
• Establish ownership, handoffs, controls, and performance metrics for critical processes.
• Evaluate and optimize current business technology, including Procore and B2W, and explore new systems and integrations.
• Drive adoption of processes and systems through training, change management, and engagement with field and office teams.
• Build and manage an Internal Operations team aligned with organizational growth.
