Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) seeks a Senior Operations Manager to direct performance for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. This high-visibility role serves as the principal administrator and interface to Government authorities, driving technical excellence and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements include 10+ years in defense program management, MA/MS degree, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive defense program management or contract administration.
• DoD security clearance ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, ensuring all deliverables meet standards.
• Serve as the primary interface to Government program authorities on high-level technical and program challenges.
• Direct, evaluate, and monitor performance metrics and SOW requirements.
• Manage resources, staffing, budgeting, and asset deployment for the program.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and technical integrity.
