Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking a Senior Acquisition Management Analyst (Key Personnel) to lead lifecycle acquisition efforts for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. The role requires top-level DoD compliance expertise and high-impact strategic guidance for naval aviation platforms.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of direct experience in DoD acquisition management or program analysis performing the functional duties described above.
• Exceptional executive writing capabilities, advanced analytical problem-solving, and the leadership presence required to guide deliverables in a high-tempo military program office (PMA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, draft, and finalize complex program milestone documentation, ensuring absolute compliance with DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
• Architect and manage vital defense procurement documentation, including ASRs, PIDs, PWS, funding packages, CDRLs, and APBAs.
• Critically evaluate program procedures, organizational philosophies, and contractor documentation against strict contract specifications and strategic mission requirements to mitigate risk.
• Synthesize dense program data to author, review, and deliver executive-level briefs, technical point papers, and official NAVAIR correspondence.
• Serve as a primary representative, providing analytical insight during formal program review boards, milestone conferences, and stakeholder working groups.
