Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Site Supervisor / Program Manager for the F/A-18 E/F aircraft to lead O-level maintenance for the VFC-12 fleet at NAS Oceana in Virginia Beach. You will direct a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate maintenance actions to ensure aircraft availability and safety.

The role requires DoD clearance, Navy aviation systems familiarity, and strong leadership within a defense contracting environment.

Qualificações

• 8–10+ years of military or defense contractor aviation maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory, maintenance control, or program management role.
• Deep technical familiarity with the F/A-18E/F platforms, specifically in organizational 'O' level maintenance architectures.
• Must hold and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance, along with installation access credentials for NAS Oceana.
• Proficiency with Naval Aviation databases (NALCOMIS OOMA, DECKPLATE, AMSRR) and standard enterprise tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Mastery in reading aerospace electrical wiring diagrams, structural blue prints, MRCs, and Technical Directives (TDs).
• Prior U.S. Navy / Marine Corps senior enlisted or officer leadership background within aviation maintenance is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team of up to 50+ aerospace mechanics, technicians, and quality assurance personnel to fulfill the contract’s PWS.
• Oversee all tactical daily launch, recovery, phase checks, and un-scheduled maintenance actions to meet the fleet-readiness schedule.
• Serve as the contract’s SME to CNAFR and local squadron leadership on logistical matters, constraints, and structural issues.
• Enforce NAMP/COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and company directives across all shops to guarantee maintenance integrity.
• Verify accurate entry of maintenance actions, sign-offs, and supply constraints into naval enterprise systems (NALCOMIS OOMA, AMSRR, DECKPLATE).
• Develop long-range maintenance plans, resource timelines, and modification maps to mitigate downtime during inspections.
• Manage flight line initiatives such as FOD prevention, TCP, and workplace hazard mitigation.
• Track budgets, analyze material consumption, manage supply priorities, and sign off on contractor labor accounting.
