Job summary

Wesco seeks a Senior Manager – Operations to oversee order fulfilment, shipping, receiving, and inventory across locations. You will lead diverse teams including Operations Associates, Drivers, and Administrative Coordinators, while engaging with Sales and other departments to deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution.

You will drive KPI monitoring, safety, and continuous improvement, leveraging LEAN methodologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

7+ years of operations experience in distribution/fulfillment settings.
Experience leading teams and indirect supervision.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Strong communication in group and individual settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams).

Responsibilities

Oversee on-time order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality controls.
Lead multiple locations and coordinate with Sales to align with market strategy.
Drive Lean initiatives to improve facility efficiency and waste reduction.
Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace.
Develop annual budgets and manage location P&L; liaise with Finance/HR.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable/Receivable, HR, and Finance.
