RXO Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily logistics and carrier performance, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.

You will lead a dedicated team and drive process improvements while partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain or logistics, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.

Mansioni

• Manage and lead the daily management of the Dedicated Carrier program.
• Review procedures to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive Lean improvements.
• Collaborate with team to analyze large data sets and produce actionable plans.
• Handle carrier performance through scorecard management and continuous improvement.
• Act as escalation point for customer regional parts distribution facilities.
