Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Logistics in Warren, MI to support segment leadership in driving policies, processes, and day-to-day execution across the Managed Transportation team.

You will be the key link between leadership and the planning team, ensuring consistent execution, efficiency, and high service levels for customers. The role requires 4 years of logistics or planning experience and a Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Qualifications

• 4 years of logistics, transportation, or planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and workload adjustments to maintain service levels.
• Serve as escalation point for the Operations planning team and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between Operations leadership and planning team for clear communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with the Operations team.
• Support carrier performance discussions and corrective actions.
• Monitor performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
