RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily logistics, carrier performance, and customer service resolution. You will lead a team within the Dedicated Carrier program and drive process improvements using Lean concepts.

You will analyze data, support RFQ submissions, coordinate with carriers, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Weekend/holiday on-call duties may be required as business needs dictate.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate data clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience leading logistics and carrier performance improvement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Manage and lead the Dedicated Carrier program daily operations, including QBRs and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, apply Lean concepts to lower costs and boost performance.
• Oversee carrier RFQ submissions and provide customer-facing recommendations.
• Collaborate to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable customer plans.
• Monitor DDS Carrier Performance and Carrier Scorecard management.
• Serve as escalation point for customer regional parts distribution facilities.
• Respond to inquiries from carriers, clients, and customers.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report incidents as required.
• Work with others to resolve issues impacting performance and morale.
