Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably Oracle Transportation Management.
• Solid leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to supervise and influence employees.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily workload based on input from customers.
• Update tracking information and resolve in-transit concerns.
• Investigate and resolve internal issues impacting performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and prioritize disputes and escalation requests from customers and suppliers.
• Track and document delivery performance and maintain organized shipping documents.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promptly report issues to management.
