Job summary

RXO is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Managed Transportation to use LEAN principles and process improvement to boost efficiency. You will coordinate with the PC&L team, operations staff and customers, ensuring smooth workflows and enhanced performance across our transportation operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Solid leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to supervise, coach and influence employees.

Responsibilities

• Leverage process improvement to maximize operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying LEAN principles.
• Understand processing centers and scheduling procedures to manage workflows.
