Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Ability to lead teams and develop personnel.
CRM proficiency and relationship management.
Experience in logistics/distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation.
Serve as primary interface for leadership decisions on proposals and contract negotiations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma efforts, ISO compliance.
