Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and account management within a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, drive operational goals, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and analytical skills, with frequent collaboration across international teams. Regular visits to Portersville, PA will be expected.

Qualifications

• Two+ years relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
• One+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Ability to work with international functional teams
• Strong analytical ability for unusual and difficult problems
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge
• Regulatory knowledge at local, state and federal levels
• Willing to visit Portersville, PA regularly

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function
• Manage all aspects of Operations and Account Management
• Lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals within the assigned functional area
• Manage customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Manage staffing performance and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Manage health and safety
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations
• Provide off-shift support during critical customer network disruption or crisis
• Perform other duties as assigned
