Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Implementation Lead to drive customer implementations and operational excellence in logistics. You will lead cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO to deliver scalable solutions that meet client SLAs.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years in logistics or supply chain operations, strong Lean Six Sigma background, and proven coaching skills to mentor teams through complex projects.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects in a customer-focused environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• All applicants may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Strong communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams and manage customer implementations.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs and company standards.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO for cross-functional reviews.
• Identify gaps and develop scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement using GXO Lean methodologies.
• Oversee project management, gap analysis, resource planning, and performance measurement.
• Serve as escalation point for implementation issues.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding and training.
