With 7–10 years in logistics or supply chain operations, you will guide continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and lead high-performing teams to deliver measurable savings and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation or continuous improvement projects in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, operational process improvement, project management, and gap analysis.
• Experience managing teams, conducting performance evaluations, coaching employees, and building high-performing organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer relationship, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with experience working across Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams.
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Lean Certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) (preferred).
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology, and customer-facing implementation projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams and manage customer implementations, ensuring deliverables meet client SLAs, company standards, and operational objectives.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams to identify process gaps, conduct operational reviews, and develop scalable implementation solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using GXO Lean methodologies, including project management, gap analysis, performance measurement, and financial validation of savings.
• Manage escalations, customer communications, and executive presentations while ensuring successful resolution of operational issues and implementation challenges.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing implementation teams through hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and talent development.
