Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and partner with executives to achieve long-range strategic goals. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control while expanding capacity to support growth.

The candidate will manage budgeting, apply Lean and 5S methodologies, and serve as a trusted advisor to the President and senior leadership, ensuring profitability and sustainable operations at a high level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience with cost budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to lead large teams and work with executives.
• Lean Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team morale.
• Act as trusted operational advisor to the President and senior leaders.
• Apply Lean principles to guide planning and initiatives across the organization.
• Establish and administer the budget to ensure profitability and smooth operations.
• Grow operations to meet strategic expansion plans.
• Shape culture and develop a high-performing team.
