Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience
• At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role in operations or supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with senior management
• Valid driver's license; Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Epicor and data visualization tools a plus

• Oversee production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain
• Develop and implement operational strategies for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Monitor KPIs like throughput and on-time delivery; drive improvements
• Manage production schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
• Develop production plans to optimize labor and equipment utilization
• Promote safety culture; ensure OSHA and environmental compliance
• Lead root-cause analysis for production issues and non-conformances
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and other teams to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and capital expenditures
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operations team
• Contribute to strategic capacity planning and procurement coordination
• Lead operational audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards
