Job summary

6 Degrees Search seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations, drive profitability, and improve workforce and process efficiency across multiple sites.

The role partners with the President and senior leaders to set long-range strategic goals, implement Lean and CI programs, manage budgets, and promote a high-performance culture while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in progressively responsible manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-site environments.
• Strong Lean/CI implementation experience.
• Ability to expand operations to support growth.
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to set long-range operational goals.
• Advise on Lean and CI initiatives across the organization.
• Manage budgeting and capital/operating expenditures.
• Drive workforce development and a positive culture.
• Monitor metrics and report results to executives.
