Sora Resource Group is seeking a VP of Operations to lead manufacturing facilities, drive Lean CI, and partner with senior leaders to meet strategic goals. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost while expanding facilities to support growth across sites.

The candidate will manage budgets, capital expenditures, and workforce development, aiming to create a high-performance culture and strong operational metrics across the organization.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in multi-site operations and growth.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Partner with President and senior leaders as operational advisor.
• Drive Lean and CI initiatives across sites.
• Establish and manage budgets and capital expenditures.
• Scale operations to support growth strategies.
• Develop and sustain a culture of engagement, inclusion, and performance.
• Review performance in quarterly management meetings.
• Monitor and communicate operational metrics.
