Phoenix Staff, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing, drive throughput, and establish a scalable operating model for rapid growth.

This on-site role reports to the CEO and focuses on Lean execution, daily management, and operational discipline across planning, production, quality, and compliance. You will guide capacity expansion and launch of new facilities while ensuring safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing and operations experience, with leadership of managers and multiple functions.
• Experience leading batch-manufacturing operations and scaling up to large revenue levels.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and management routines to drive visibility and accountability.
• Strong budgeting, cost management, and capacity-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across manufacturing functions including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and maintenance.
• Drive throughput improvements and on-time delivery through practical dashboards and daily management routines.
• Establish clear ownership of issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop production plans aligning demand, materials, labor, and capacity.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, and Finance on regulatory, cash, and margin priorities.
• Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansions.
• Mentor managers and frontline leaders; implement structured onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and customer requirements.
