Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Oversee performance of Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety and customer experience.
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure project resources.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts and network.
