BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its leadership development program. You will travel across centers nationwide, receive mentorship, and work toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The role emphasizes rapid growth, hands-on leadership, and the ability to relocate as needed. A strong track record of leading teams and willingness to travel are essential.

Formación

• Relocation required to participate in Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1) requiring glove wear.

• Support training and mentorship during the expedited program.
• Pursue progression to Plasma Center Operations Manager positions.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive operational excellence.
• Assist with staffing, operations, and customer service at centers.
• Travel across the country to learn and network within BioLife.
