Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership program. You will travel extensively to plasma centers across the country, develop leadership skills, and aim for accelerated career growth into Plasma Center Operations Manager roles.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and eventual relocation to one of BioLife’s locations, with clear pathways to management and expansion of center operations.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program. You will be able to choose which location you would like to apply to.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Has a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• A typical day includes hands-on learning and leadership development across BioLife's high-volume plasma centers.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, conduct performance reviews, and support staff development.
• Open and operate brand new plasma centers as opportunities arise.
• Provide operational support, training, and effective communication with senior management.
