Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint division seeks an Assistant Director of Operations III for Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX. Lead patient observation services, oversee staffing, compliance, and program performance across three campuses.

You will coordinate with hospital leadership, nursing partners, and frontline teams to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in hospitals, healthcare, hospitality, or related enviroment.
• Strong work ethic and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient observation services across multiple hospital campuses.
• Lead staff including Associates, Leads and Supervisors; manage staffing operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction; drive program performance.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and TouchPoint leadership.
• Promote staff development and professional growth.
