Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Food Unit Lead at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX. You will coordinate dining operations, supervise staff, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for patients, families, and staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees food preparation and service per standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portions.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Manages daily tasks: scheduling, workflows and expediting as needed.
• Handles inventory, purchases, cash handling, and basic reporting.
