• Supervises serving of meals and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Ensures proper cash handling per Food Accounting Manual.
• Directs sanitation and safety per regulations.
• Develops sanitation schedules and enforces cleaning routines.
