Job summary

AmazonAir in California is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead a fulfillment center function, owning strategy and execution to keep networks running safely and efficiently. You will manage large teams, solve complex operational challenges, and shape the associate experience across your site.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, driving improvements at scale in a fast-paced environment and delivering for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree or above preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high workloads.
• Proven ability to lead and develop others into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of front-line managers and associates with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs and translating insights into actions improving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Build scalable processes and cross-functional alignment across the site and network.
• Champion a culture of safety and regularly review safety metrics for improvements.
• Collaborate across site functions to resolve inter-departmental challenges and implement new initiatives.
