Job summary
InfraRec. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance across power infrastructure, data centers, and commercial/industrial sites in Michigan and nearby markets.
You will supervise field supervisors, technicians, and testing staff, ensuring safety and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of testing standards (NETA) and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Field Supervisors, Lead Technicians, and Electrical Testing Technicians.
- Establish safety, quality, productivity, professionalism, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
- Develop career paths and training plans for field personnel.
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership progression.
- Address performance and operational issues proactively and professionally.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Drive consistency and best practices across crews and locations.
