Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the Testing Department, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will guide technicians, coordinate with other departments, and drive operational excellence across projects in power systems testing and services.

Ideal candidates have NETA Level III certs, 5+ years in electrical testing/engineering, and 3+ years of supervision, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or higher certification
• 5+ years of technical experience in Electrical Testing or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Testing Department operations and performance
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Sales, and HR to support department goals
• Mentor and develop Testing personnel and technicians
• Ensure safety culture and high-quality service
• Prepare reports and debriefs for Operations
