Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7 years of progressive distribution center/warehouse operations experience.
• Experience leading teams with direct report responsibility and salary level leadership.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations flow and supervise Operations Supervisors in the facility.
• Forecast production volume and reallocate resources to meet store demand.
• Lead the team to meet or exceed KPI targets amid fluctuating conditions.
• Resolve complex operational issues escalated from the team and communicate objectives to leadership.
