Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads operations planning and execution for facility events, including project management and coordinating inventory movement.
• Defines, coordinates, and executes logistics plan data collection and analysis to support resource evaluation.
• Assesses actual product flows against flow plans and recommends actions.
• Manages distribution network events and coordinates with transportation, engineering, and operations.
• Reports key performance and financial figures to upper management and corporate leaders.
• Develops plans to support major initiatives and system enhancements.
• Hires, trains and develops talent to achieve business goals.
• Leverages continuous improvement methodologies to measure team and process success.
