Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, safeguard the work environment, and optimize supply chain efficiency. This role emphasizes safety, timely decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

You will supervise receiving, order-fill, shipping, and task allocation while coordinating with other teams to ensure safe, cost-efficient, and reliable delivery processes across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and up to 70 pounds.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations associates in receiving, order-fill, shipping, and supporting tasks.
• Monitor production volume and allocate tasks for optimal workflow and performance.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and address safety concerns promptly.
• Respond quickly to changing workflow conditions with real-time decisions.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions in supply chain operations.
• Communicate business objectives, daily workload plans, and performance expectations.
• Provide support and guidance to associates on relations issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain performance.
