Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient flow of inventory and meeting store demand in a large distribution network.

You will supervise a team of Operations Supervisors and forecast production volume while adapting resources as workload changes. The role requires strong leadership, change management, and a track record of improving safety and performance, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus 3 years of distribution center operations experience OR 7 years in warehouse ops with increasing responsibilities
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
• Experience mentoring and coaching others
• Experience leading a team through change
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements and building a safety culture
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems

• Oversee the flow of product through the building and supervise Operations Supervisors
• Forecast production volume and reallocate resources as workload changes
• Lead the team to meet or exceed KPI targets
• Resolve complex operational issues escalated from the team and communicate workload plans to leadership
