Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a high-performing distribution team, ensuring safe, efficient handling of product through the facility.

The role monitors production volume, supports shift planning, and mentors associates to uphold safety and drive KPI results. Responsibilities include coordinating workloads with corporate direction, improving processes, and coordinating with Supervisors to achieve budget and performance targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• 4 years’ experience in distribution center operations or related area.
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching others.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures safe work practices understood and followed by all Associates.
• Monitors workload and production volume; adjusts staffing to meet daily demand.
• Leads Supervisors to drive KPI attainment, safety, performance, and budget targets.
• Manages inbound/outbound schedules and coordination with receiving teams.
• Resolves warehouse system issues and inventory discrepancies as they arise.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities; supports upward promotion.
• Travels to other facilities as needed and assists with HR-related issues.
