Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and the flow of product through the facility.

You will supervise Operations Supervisors, monitor inventory movement, and forecast demand to optimize resources in a dynamic store environment. The role requires leadership experience, a track record of safety compliance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field plus 3 years of experience in distribution center operations OR 7 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations with increasing responsibilities
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility, including leading salary level direct reports
• Experience mentoring and coaching others
• Experience leading a team through change
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements, and experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Operations and the flow of product through the building.
• Supervise a team of Operations Supervisors responsible for safe, efficient and effective movement of inventory.
• Analyze and forecast production volume and reallocate resources to meet store demand.
• Lead the team to achieve or exceed KPI targets despite fluctuating demands.
• Resolve complex operational issues escalated from the team and communicate objectives to team and senior leadership.
