Job summary

The United States Digital Space LLC in Boston is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive end-to-end operational workstreams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services and Business Systems.

You will own planning, risk mitigation and execution, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment, with equity and competitive base compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, supply chain, or related field in a high-growth or tech-enabled company.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and other project management tools.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects from planning through execution with attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional prioritization and execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex operational workstreams, ensuring projects are executed on time and objectives are achieved.
• Partner with stakeholders across S/C, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to coordinate execution and improve performance.
• Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation for effective execution.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance.
